macOS
Log location:
Users/<Username>/Library/Containers/com.canto.flight.express/Data/Documents/Logs/
Note: The above mentioned "Library" folder in macOS might be hidden from view. Hold COMMAND + SHIFT + . on your keyboard to temporarily display it anyway.
Windows
Log location:
C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Temp\adv_uploader.log
Note: The above mentioned "AppData" folder in Windows might be hidden from view. Activate it by selecting the Folder Option Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
How to Solve Windows Connect Not Run Issue
If the installation of your Canto Connect App ran through without any problems but you cannot launch the app.
And this error message gets displayed:
You can fix this issue by opening the already installed Command Prompt and type in the following command.
cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Canto\Canto Connect\java -jar advanceduploader.jar
