  2. In the tags section, enter a term in the input field.
As soon as you start typing a suggestion list with already existing tags matching your input will be displayed. Select a suggestion or simply continue typing.
To cancel the suggestion list from a certain point, press Esc on the keyboard.
  3. When you have finished typing, press Enter on the keyboard. If the tag does not exist yet, it will be created now (see Restriction).

Note:

  • Keywords can contain spaces, i.e. they can consist of several terms, e.g. blue sky.
  • You can create several tags in one go if you separate the individual terms by commas or semicolons. For example, if you enter big city, summer, water, sky you will get four different tags.
  • Tags are only created or assigned when the entry is completed with Enter!
  • If an asset has more than six tags, you'll need to click the arrow icon at the bottom of the section to display all tags.

Tags can also be added on the information page.

How to add tags to multiple assets

  1. Bulk select the assets by clicking in the upper-right corner of the respective files.

  3. Type a word or phrase in the Tags section. You can add multiple tags separated with commas or semicolons.
  4. Then press Enter on your keyboard. If the tag does not exist yet, it will be created now (see Restriction).
  5. Click Apply to complete the editing and exit the dialog.
