For Administrators who want to edit another user profile or change their role:
1) To accomplish this, navigate to the Settings and click the User & Groups tab, followed by the Users sub-tab.
2) Find the user you wish to change the role of and hit the Edit icon on the far right. It looks like a pencil.
A menu will appear to change the details of a user. Edit the user details and click Save at the bottom of the screen.
