Occasionally, you might receive emails from Canto, for instance in case of recovering a forgotten password or when being tagged in a comment.
Those emails will come from one of the following sender addresses, depending on your Canto domain (email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com).
Should you not see them in your mail inbox folder, they might be in your spam or junk folder instead.
However, if you do not receive those emails - even when they are requested - or if they are not in your spam or junk folder either, you may need to get in touch with your email administrator. Some email systems block emails from third party applications like Amazon Web Services (AWS), which powers Canto.
