Canto Connect shows blank screen when logging in via SSO

When using SSO to authenticate in Canto Connect you might get a blank screen where the SSO login mask should be.

How to check if your Java Runtime Environment Settings

The empty SSO Login window might be caused by your Java installation not pointing to the most up-to-date runtime version of Java on your system. 

  1. Open the Java Control Panel.
  2. Switch to the Java tab and click on View.Note: Make sure to you have installed the latest version of Java and that it points to the correct Path.
