Canto Connect troubleshoot: proxy server

If you use a proxy server and experience some issues while using Canto Connect you can fix it with the following steps:


  1. Replace the values of the attached file (see below - proxy.json) with the details of your proxy server.
  2. After replacing the values make sure to save the file.
  3. Now copy the modified file to C:\User\<Username>\
  4. Start Canto Connect as usual.
