Canto Adobe Connector - Installation issues

If you don't see the Canto Connector tool appear you will need to restart your computer. 

  1. Make sure that you have restarted your computer.
  2. You will need to uninstall your extension through Adobe Creative Cloud or through My Exchange. To go to My Exchange, follow the download link:
  3. Select View My Exchange:
  4. Select Manage. You will be prompted to open Adobe Creative Cloud. Uninstall from the extension from Adobe Creative Cloud.
  5. When the Install button appears again in Adobe Creative Cloud, select Install.
