Setup Issues in Adobe apps - Canto Adobe Connector

When you first log in to the Canto Adobe Connector, you may not be able to select an Environment. If you to proceed further and select Allow you may run into an error message like the one below. In this case, you will need to delete your Canto user account and recreate the account to troubleshoot this.


Please reach out if issues persist after recreating the Canto account.
